		<description>The best way to punish eaters like Juliet who leave excessive detritus isn&#039;t to change the rules regarding the use of water, because that punishes every eater and makes a choking incident far more likely. The best way to clean things up is to penalize eaters liberally for their debris, maybe triple the actual amount, so that an eater like Juliet is denied a qualifying victory and has to go back out on the road and invest more of her time and money to qualify. Send a strong message, and people will change their behavior. But keep the contest safe by allowing us to use as much liquid as we please and as we need.</description>
